Digital Files & Instant Downloads

All products described as a digital file and/or an instant download, are delivered virtually. No physical items will be shipped to you. 

We offer two types of digital products:

1. Instant Downloads: after your order is placed, you will receive an email with your order confirmation, AND a separate second email with your download link. 
2. Customizable: these are also digital files but I personally deliver them via email once they have been customized for you. Custom designed files and products start at $16.00. Please contact me for inquiries.

Return Policy

All sales are final. Due to its digital nature, I can not offer any cancellations, refunds, or exchanges. If you have any issue with your order, please contact me, I will help you resolve it. My goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your order!
